We are a couple that strives to put Christ first in everything we do. We are looking for other couples who like to come over on the spur of the moment for dinner, cards, games, etc. We are foodies and love great restaurants and also love to travel domestically and internationally, but are also fine coming over to your place for burgers. When we were younger and before kids, we were part of a group of young couples at church that were all very involved in each other’s lives and sometimes travelled and camped together. Now that we’re empty nesters, it would be great to put something like that small group of couple friends together again. A few more things about us: We are business owners and live on 5 acres where we can do outdoors stuff. We have great a great sense of humor and might accidentally mix in a dose of sarcasm, in a funny way. (Of course we would never make fun of YOU!) We don’t smoke and don’t otherwise drink, except we might have a glass of wine at a restaurant, maybe 4 or 5 times a year. We love hanging out and playing cards and board games. We probably have over 25 different games to teach you and could maybe learn some new ones from you. We are also mature Christians and teach the Word as opportunities arise.
What we are Looking for:
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27:17) We are looking for a couple that will “sharpen” us and let us “sharpen” them. We love hanging with fun couples who can be spontaneous and do something last minute. Game buddies, restaurant buddies, and travel buddies. Day trips, weekend trips or overseas adventures. That’s quite a list, huh? You don’t have to check every box to be our friends. (But one or two would help!)
